Area(s) with issue?

Shortcut Guide

Steps to reproduce

Open shotcut guide [Win shift '].

✔️ Expected Behavior

Shortcut guide is showing [Win .] to open emoji panel on respective systems.

❌ Actual Behavior

Shortcut guide is showing [Win (shift) ;] key to open emoji panel.
I have German physical keyboard and Windows version, switching keyboard layout to US seems to have no effect (actual shortcut is still [Win .] )
Original feature request #179 is showing both keys.

Other Software

Windows 10 Pro 20H2 19042.1526

Win+. and Win+; and Win+Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Space should all do the same thing

The OS docs seem to prefer Win+., so I'd suggest changing our guide to show that.

Win+; is not working at least with German keyboard because ; needs Shift. So you can only press Win+Shift+; and this is not opening Emoji panel. Win+; should only appear in Shortcut guide if it is really working.
