Shortcut Guide

Steps to reproduce

Windows 11 has changed some shortcuts to accommodate for their separation of quick settings from notifications. Win+A is now the shortcut for Quick Settings. Win+N is the new shortcut for the Notification Center. I would also add that Win+. is a mainstream Windows shortcut for emojis and symbols which should (could) be listed alongside ;.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Appropriate shortcuts for the updated operating system.

❌ Actual Behavior

Old, irrelevant shortcut from past operating system.

Tracked more or less in #179 / #890

@crutkas Except that neither of those deal with Win+A no longer being the Action Center because Windows 11 got rid of the Action Center. Maybe it's being tracked in the comments.
