Steps to reproduce

  1. Focus a numeric input in settings
  2. Scroll the control out of view

✔️ Expected Behavior

The popup with increment/decrement buttons should disappear as it's scrolled out of the viewport.

❌ Actual Behavior

The increment/decrement buttons remain visible, outside the containing window.

Here, "Crosshairs border size (px)" setting has focus:
