Steps to reproduce

have 2 monitors one above the other, have powertoys settings open on the lower screen, find a drop down menu, while drop down menu is shown scroll through the settings

✔️ Expected Behavior

drop down menu to stay in the settings window

❌ Actual Behavior

drop down menu leaves the window and intrudes on other monitors

Yes, we should file this bug against the WinUI repo (might be a XAML Island quirk)

@niels9001 The same issue occurred on Windows Terminal too, I've seen it on Reddit before. Failed to find the link though. 😅

Raised for Windows Terminal in microsoft/terminal#9320 with upstream microsoft/microsoft-ui-xaml#4554
There's a workaround for this: microsoft/microsoft-ui-xaml#4554 (comment) and this is implemented in the PR microsoft/terminal#10922
