Description of the new feature / enhancement

Restrict the access to PT and let the company decide which feature could be reached and wich not.

Add a GPO for Powertoys or another option to prevent standard users to change settings in PT

Scenario when this would be used?

for Companies to maximize the security

This is an enterprise feature, related to #12537 and another issue.
Besides, it seems like this issue is related to GPO controlling PT modules and lock PT controls, Do you have any other suggestions?

For organizing all suggestions related to GPO:

PT is a great collection of small tools.
Features like Keyboard-Manager, Awake or Powertoys Run are not necessary for Normal Users but can sometimes lead users to "play" when shown in the program.

@JeffJerousek what i've seen people do is make the setting.json readonly and forced down to user :)

How do you currently do this with any 3rd party software?
