Add options document (#1566)

## Describe your changes

- Add options page.
- Update document for recent changes.
- Rename `API reference` to `Reference`.
- Remove Engine, Metrics, Evaluators, Resource Path API page.
- Remove advanced users page.
- Add subsections to Pass page.
