Background

Today, we build Android apps locally, using the Android Studio program.

Task

Configure a GitHub Actions workflow to build the Android app on GitHub's infrastructure.
- The trigger for the workflow is still TBD (e.g. run on demand, run when someone merges commits into main, run when someone creates a GitHub Release, etc.).
