scala-2.13.11

This Scala 2 Windows installer was generated with the WiX Toolset 3.11.2 and built from scala-2.13.11.zip.

Run the file scala-2.13.11.msi; a warning window does appear with the link "More info" (top left) and the button "Don't run" (bottom right).   Do click on "More info".
A second warning window does appear with the two buttons "Run anyway" and "Don't run".   Do click on "Run anyway" to start the installation.
