This extension will create links to JIRA issues from headers such as Feature/NPT-1234 on pull-request pages on github.com.

To install:

1. Download the .zip file from the build directory
2. Create a folder on your computer where you want to run the extension from and unpack the contents of the .zip file there
3. Go to chrome://extensions/ in Chrome and enable the "Developer mode" setting (it's in the top left corner at the time of this writing)
4. Click "Load unpacked extension" and choose the directory you unpacked the .zip file to (where the manifest.json file resides)
5. Links! Links everywhere!!!
