This branch adds one new tag {userfirstaccess}.

Additionally, the 4 date tags

{userfirstaccess}
{coursestartdate}
{courseenddate}
{coursecompletiondate}

can take strftime strings. For example:

{userfirstaccess "%m/%d/%Y, %H:%M:%S"}

The string must be enclosed with double quotes.
