Nook is a simple Chrome extension that plays the music and hourly themes found in Animal Crossing in real-time.

- Download this repository as a zip or clone it into a folder.
- If a zip was downloaded, extract it into a folder.
- Go to
chrome://extensions
and turn on "Developer Mode" at the top right corner. - Activate "Load Unpacked" and find the folder containing the extension files.
- Done!
Finished:
- Add play/pause button to options popup.
- Add some styling and UI to options popup.
- Fix play being triggered when paused on hour change.
- Set volume if volume not set on start and set state if not set on start as well to fix first-time user issues.
- Make music file sizes smaller and rip from original source. (GameCube, Wild World, New Leaf)
- Add more games to the game select (New Leaf, GameCube).
- Add to Chrome store.
- Add to Firefox store.
- Fix Wild World being snowy.
- Add KK Slider playing options and prepare files.
- Add rain checkbox and volume slider.
- Add snowy/rainy versions.
To be finished:
- Add town tune feature to be played inbetween song transitions.
- Add loop checkbox for hourly music.
- Add random shuffling select box and toggle
