Update
docs/requirements.txtto include pinned deps. This is done according to the advice from ReadTheDocs here: https://docs.readthedocs.io/en/stable/guides/reproducible-builds.html#pinning-dependenciesAdditionally, add specific pinned versions of Sphinx and sphinx_rtd_theme in order to produce a consistent result as what's seen locally.
