st_glm_deconvolution

Single-trial GLM deconvolution for fMRI

This set of scripts and classes can be used to perform single-trial deconvolution of preprocessed fMRI timeseries.

Usage

st_deconvolve.py is the main python script with following arguments:

• -f [--file] : fMRI timeseries
• -d [--logfile] : Presentation logfile (see test.log for example)
• -s [--subject] : subject name
