Describe the bug

When using manual config set -k ... -v "value" value won't be saved

Reproduction steps

  1. mangal config set -k downloader.path -v ~/Issue127
  2. Run manual config get -k downloader.path
  3. Value was not set

Expected behavior

It's expected to be set

Additional context

File based or env configuration still work fine
