gps relocking in 1.1.2

@feh123 would you mind helping out by adding some more info to this bug so I can track down/fix the problem you detected.

1. run "pip3 install --upgrade meshtastic"
2. run "meshtastic --info" and paste what it prints into this bug.

Based on that I might ask for a couple of next steps ;-)

One issue which i think wasn’t already mentioned here is, that my tbeam sx1262 neo8 both say NoGPS on the screen, instead of no sats. when the get a GPS fix, everything is correct.

actually @feh123 never mind - I figured out what you are probably seeing. We were waiting too long to announce that we have gps lock. I'm fixing. It was related to what @drewsed saw.
