@ziw-liu , is there any place where the specifics about the dataset is available? Such that the audience can understand that 'RFP' is the sensor channel? And the platemap that tells them what the different conditions are? This information was helpful to me when I used napari-iohub to visualize the infected and uninfected conditions. |
