Add start-args field #56

  • Add start-args field to allow users to pass any flags they normally would via CLI
  • Make YAML indenting consistent
  • Update npm deps
  • Stop casting all values to lowercase
    • This can break inputs such as mount if the mount path has an uppercase in it
