What type of PR is this?
What this PR does / why we need it:
Discovered that some of my recipes did allow for recipe scaling but had amounts enabled.
They were just missing a serving count.
This adds a small note to the docs for this.
Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
None
Special notes for your reviewer:
If wanted we could change the component to default to something like "1x" and show the scale witout portion sizes set since all ingredients should be scalable.
