What type of PR is this?
What this PR does / why we need it:
The autocomplete in the mealplanner-editor still loads all recipes. Server search works well enough now, so it was simple enough to convert the autocomplete to query recipes ad-hoc
Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
Fixes #2118 (half of it)
