What was wrong/why is this fix needed? (quick summary only)

We want to have browser-compat in front-runner: this allows us to write {{Compat}} without parameter, and in the future, {{Spec}} (and likely more).

This PR covers api/[r-z]* for the cases refused by the script (that is defensive).

Anything else that could help us review it

  • there was a few of cases with useless parenthesis
  • a few wrong parameters (bad cut and paste at page creation) for Compat
  • and a few case where the page was for a set of parameters, and named strangely
