What specific section or headline is this issue about?

The note under "How does CHIPS work?"

What information was incorrect, unhelpful, or incomplete?

Partitioned cookies must be set with Secure and Path=/.

What did you expect to see?

No requirement on the Path attribute - it used to be required to be / but this requirement was removed last year

Do you have any supporting links, references, or citations?

The Path requirement was removed in privacycg/CHIPS#49

Do you have anything more you want to share?

The same (out-of-date) note is present on this page: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/Set-Cookie#partitioned_cookie
