Summary

This PR largely is based on mdn-results-collector, plus additions to list-style-type.

Test results and supporting details

See mdn-results-collector. list-style-type is documented in release notes and per WebKit/WebKit@20df203 appears in the release tags.

Related issues

Most of these are changes that landed in Safari after #10898 was submitted.

Most of these are changes for Safari 15 following changes after
the earlier beta results were contributed.
In Safari 15, WebKit added support for 12 new values for list-style-type
