Thanks for your PR! The build fails as this isn't an official spec URL. Not sure if there is one for HTML inert. Maybe @sideshowbarker knows?

There is not yet any official spec for inert. #11935 was already raised recently, and as I commented at #11935 (comment):

For cases where something isn’t actually in a published spec, we have not been adding an spec URL.

…the proposed specification text for inert only exists in a patch in a PR branch of the HTML spec repo. We’ve intentionally chosen not to link to that.

So I’m going ahead and closing this.

Once the inert patch does actually get merged into the HTML spec, we could add the spec URL then.
