Query does not output taxonomic category fields

Query allows you to choose to output taxonomic categories, but does not populate the various fields on the returns.

Ran a test with this. When you select "Customize Results" -> "Return detailed organism phylogeny". A number of intermediate taxa levels are generated such as infraorder, subspecies, etc. These values are only filled if the concept actually contains these levels. So the fields are being populated, but only if values are present for them.
