ES Toolkit v1.2

I'm working on v2.0 of the Toolkit, so I'm turning this version into a release for anyone that wants it.

v1.0 has 100 fake roms spread over 5 systems. Each rom has numerous images (logo, boxart, screenshot, etc).

• This release includes a binary with a portable build of the RetroPie fork of EmulationStation (thanks to jdrassa for building the windows ES binaries) latest changes include carousel theming
• Windows 64 Bit only! (EmulationStation assets can be used on any platform)
• Includes profiles for UXS scraper and Rookerviks ES theme helper
• Includes the latest carbon theme with video support

ES Toolkit v0.1

This was the first version of the EmulationStation Toolkit.

Everything worked, but a new and better version has since been released.
