Uses the RMT controller in TX mode on an ESP32 to control the timings of the SK6812RGBW. It currently utilises ArduinoOTA as it made testing easier.

Should work with a normal SK6812 and a WS2812 if the timings (can be found in the spec sheet) and colour channels are changed.
