This is a separate PR for
update-formattersbranch to show all the changed files from formatting rule updates. Merging this into theupdate-formattersbranch will make it pass CI tests.Run the updated format rules (#167) on the project.
Why
For consistency in development. We had eslint, prettier and other rules in this project but the overall configuration wasn't working 100%. With these updates everything is up to date and is being used for linting and formatting so this brings everything in the project to conformity.
