Spoilered images aren't preserved from Discord to Matrix

When an image is uploaded on the Discord side of the bridge and marked as a spoiler, the image is sent to Matrix without being spoilered.

My impression was that it's possible by including the images within an m.text message as <img> tags inside a <span data-mx-spoiler>? There's open Element issues about their image spoilers not being blurry enough: matrix-org/matrix-react-sdk#5646
