Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Make the web interface (4.3.0) RTL.
  2. Look at the people top follow section

Expected behaviour

a button with an arrow to left should be on the left side of the section

Actual behaviour

a button with an arrow to right is on the right side of the section doing nothing
