V2.4.2: Docker images and KNetPS manifests update, other minor changes

This release changes:

• KNet:
  • updates on KNet Streams SDK: iterator classes (KNetKeyValueIterator, KNetTimestampedKeyValueIterator, KNetTimestampedWindowedKeyValueIterator, KNetWindowedKeyValueIterator) becomes selaed
  • reduces resource consumption in some classes following changes made in KNetKeyValue, KNetTimestampedKeyValue, KNetTimestampedWindowedKeyValue, KNetWindowedKeyValue
  • updates on how traces are reported: by default console output is avoided
• KNet.Serialization.Avro: no major changes
• KNet.Serialization.Json: no major changes
• KNet.Serialization.MessagePack: no major changes
• KNet.Serialization.Protobuf: no major changes
• KNetCLI: no major changes
• KNetConnect: no major changes
• KNet Templates: no major changes
• KNet for PowerShell (aka KNetPS): update manifests
• Docker image: removed command-line argument, it comes from JNet image
• Documentation: JNet classes now refers to JNet documentation
