V1.8.5: JCOReflectorCLI becomes a dotnet tool

Version based on JCOBridge v2.4.6, compiled with Eclipse Temurin 11.0.13+8 with backward compatibility to Java SE 8. Available for .NET Framework, .NET Core 3.1, .NET 5 and .NET 6.
