V1.14.3: updates to JCOBridge 2.5.17 and adds support for MacOS

Version based on JCOBridge v2.5.17, compiled with Eclipse Temurin 11. with backward compatibility to Java SE 8*. Available for .NET Framework, .NET 6 and .NET 8.
