Pull requests building up in backlog #189

I've noticed that there are a lot of pull requests that have been submitted but haven't been even commented on.

I understand Martyn Smith is a pretty busy guy what with his job and all, but perhaps the project would be able to be maintained more effectively if there could be one or more additional contributors who had admin access, so that patches could be pulled in a more timely manner?

Just an idea... I'd like to see this project progress to support all the important things any IRC adaptor should have.

the funny thing is he just went through a bunch of them yesterday judging by notifications
