Apparently a redaction ruleset in ML9 is referenced via a collection, but ml-gradle's current capability for loading files into the schemas database does not allow for custom collection(s) to be added to a ruleset module.
Thinking properties would be the way to support this, e.g.
rulesetName1=coll1,coll2
rulesetName2=coll2,coll3
Or perhaps configure it as a Map on the AppConfig object.
