I saw the other issues about CMA just now. I needed to add 60 amps to DHF, and man does that take a long time with the existing mgmt API!

CMA doesn't support this yet though, right? - http://docs.marklogic.com/REST/POST/manage/v3

It would seem not. too bad, as this is a huge perf problem

I'm told by @xquery that CMA actually does support amps, and that the docs have not been updated to reflect it.
