Fixes #7

Gives examples of using Intents properly--I am noticing some issues with f2py where intents are missing.
You can use the comment cf2py method, but why not just declare the Intent to plain fortran as well, so that you can test them robustly against each other.

@scivision the Fortran intents were done in the 77->90 work, done in the dev branch, where development happens. Please don't PR to master, esp without tests. Also, your 2 commits are unrelated.
