Fixes #11 - now we can set to override 0.0 or .zero values in the setFallbackDeviceBezel function.

Why this is useful is when targeting older devices, we might want to use a consistent rounded value than zero.

If we set a fallback value, and specify overriding we will have a nice rounded bezel, and where there is a value we use the bezel itself.
