Calling the binary without arguments blocks on STDIN rather than showing usage #5

It is useless to call sql without arguments, because the target database is unspecified.

Looking for this before consuming STDIN has the nice property that, because it shows the error together with the usage information, it works as a sql --help without actually having it.

In addition, -h and --help could be added, to show the usage content.
