Expected - we're gonna need #9403 to land first.
We're in a chicken and egg problem here. MAS also needs the Maps SDK to lower its API level to build (because of the test app, not the libraries themselves): mapbox/mapbox-java#576 |

Closes #10057, this PR verifies if we are able to support API 14. PR responsible for the initial change in https://github.com/mapbox/mapbox-gl-native/pull/2152/files. To allow us to compile I had to blacklist two dependencies that are requiring at least API 15:
