Variable label placement was merged on Feb 1, after 😞 that it missed the changelog though, since it was a big new feature... we should go back and add that in. |

@pozdnyakov did #7596 also add support for text-justify: auto?

This PR also assignes SDK versions for the `text-variable-anchor` property (both `text-variable-anchor` and `text-radial-offset` are the parts of the variable text placement feature).

Note for posterity: On -native, variable label placement (mapbox/mapbox-gl-native#14184) was cherry-picked into release-liquid on iOS (4.10.0) but not on Android, where it landed in release-mojito (7.4.0)
