Unknown state in curtains switch

Hi! I've managed to set up a curtain switch from Zemismart (model ) and I'm able to control it, but, in any case the device's state is unknown or unavailable.
Enabling the debug logging, I found these errors:

There was a previous discussion #1681 but I don't think is the same case because the state is in the same dp as control.
Do you think that there could be any possibility to get a proper state?

States for a cover device are opening, closing, opened, closed and unknown. You cannot get those states from the data available, and I am not sure it is true that dp 1 is showing the state, I think it is only showing the last command sent on the Tuya protocol, which may get out of sync if there are other ways of controlling the curtain (RF remote, hardwared buttons, or manual pulling)

In my case the command can be issued only from the device (3 touch buttons) or via tuya protocol. Is there any chance with a custom device yaml to use the value in cached_state?
