Purple Bundle

Sadly, we cannot build the binary bundle for the Adium messenger any longer. However, @ksuther uploaded an inofficial build here.

For the first time, this release also includes a Windows installer targeted to Windows users. Installation should be as simple as a double-click, assuming you have pidgin already installed. Also see the "nowebp" build that does not use libwebp. Note that both versions do not yet support libpng. (Support for libpng comes in telegram-purple 1.4.2 or something.)

The release also includes an source origtar targeted to packagers. For instruction on compiling the Pidgin plugin from source please see the README.
