Troubleshooting the Moodle block

If you are experiencing problems with the Moodle block, try the following:

Ensure that your endpoint is configured correctly. Go to "Site Administration" -> "Plugins" -> "Blocks" -> "IBM Connections Toolkit". Click "Save".

If you are experiencing trouble with OAuth, clear your browser's cache. Then run http://your-moodle-domain.com/moodle/blocks/ibmsbtk/core/samples/delete-token-sample.php (adjust URL as needed. For example if Moodle is installed under http://localhost/moodle/ then you can execute the "Delete Token Sample" by following http://localhost/moodle/blocks/ibmsbtk/core/samples/delete-token-sample.php).

Make sure that the permissions for the block are set correctly (Moodle needs to be able to read the contents of ibmsbt).
