***Madushan joel's URL Shortner Service

1. implement the MYSQL database & Table from "URL_shortner_MYSQL.sql"
2. In /Url_short/src/main/java/com/url/controllers/db/DbConnection.java you insert your MySQL user name and password.
3. Please Check extranal libary files on "libs" folder 4.RUN this to start /Url_short/src/main/java/com/url/Application_Run.java
