Expected Behavior

Move aws-load-balancer-controller installation into examples. Update the documentation when it has to be enabled.

Current Behavior

aws-load-balancer-controller is installed as a terraform module. This breaks the concept of using Terraform modules (Terraform module is a reusable piece of code). We install it only once. A chance to have more than one aws-load-balancer-controller in a cluster tends to zero.
