My Windows computer was giving comparison errors when comparing the expected
parseError.manifold.erroroutput with the actual generated file. This should resolve the problem for anyone else on Windows.There is no need to do this for
acceptancetests because comparisons are done based on JSON rather than based onString.equals()as inbuildErrors.
