Rephrase description of Background in Introduction

Earlier, I rephrased a different “rest” into “remainder” because “rest”
didn’t sound right; in this case, I think it can just be dropped: you
need those concepts for the whole thesis, including (to some extent) the
Introduction and (to a larger extent) the Background (e. g. Background
for RDF2Graph assumes familiarity with RDF).
