Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Especially considering I don't own a macOS device, and that building for Linux requires extra work to set up my Linux laptop, it would be best to set up dedicated actions.
What should the solution be like?
Using Github Actions, create jpackage artifacts and upload them on every merge. Merges should be infrequent enough that creation will not be excessive, yet still provide enough artifacts to simplify the release process.
Alternatives?
Buying a macOS device, which I don't have the money for.
