This is to test out the new grid layout for technotes that enables wide content to bleed to the right whitespace.
These are now part of technote 0.9's CSS.

Update to the technote 0.9 release, which switches technotes to a two column layout. It also provides a
technote-wide-contentutility class that allows block content like tables, code blocks, and figures to span the full width of the page. This is useful for displaying inherently wide content while respecting the readability of the text column.
