Chinese Support Redux for CCBC v0.15.0

This version does not include TTS. I removed it and added hooks for AwesomeTTS instead. This way, any preset could be used to generate the audio instead of being limited to using Google or Baidu.

Japanese Support for CCBC v1.0.0

Not much has changed. This is a straight forward port changing Qt5 back to Qt4. I bumped up the version to V1 as the original does not use version numbers.

Same as the original version, but renamed file to __init__.py so it works with 2.0, 2.1, and CCBC.
